Morning Routine

On damp skin, work a nickel-size amount of gentle gel or cream cleanser between your palms, then massage over face and neck for 45–60 seconds, focusing on the T-zone, hairline, and around the nose where residue lingers. Keep pressure light and movements slow to protect the barrier. If you wore SPF or worked out, sweep along the jaw and under the chin to ensure a truly fresh start.

Shop Cleanser

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the slip is gone—no squeak, no tightness. Cup water and sweep from the center outward; check along the hairline and brows where cleanser can hide. For extra comfort, use a soft, damp cloth to lift any remaining film. Avoid hot water, which can spike redness and dryness and leave skin reactive before the rest of your routine.

Pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel—don’t rub. Leave skin slightly damp to lock in moisture and ready your canvas. Within one minute, follow with your hydrating serum and lightweight moisturizer; if it’s daytime, finish with broad-spectrum SPF. This gentle finish keeps the barrier calm so makeup glides on smoothly or your skin looks healthy and balanced on its own.
